General Questions
Any member of the University who would like guidance on branding and communications should use this site as a resource. Additionally, if you do not find what you are looking for, please contact theÌýOffice of University Communications and Marketing.
This depends. The goal is to replenish materials with new brand standards, but in some cases schools and units will continue to use their existing materials until they run out. Please reach out toÌýUniversity Communications and MarketingÌýto discuss if your materials need to be replaced and how to go about getting this done.
Event Promotion

We’ve created approvedÌýflyer templates, which can be used to publicize your events or initiatives. If you need a custom design, please contact theÌýOffice of University Communications and Marketing.
Student groups are not required to use the approved templates for flyers.
Students are encouraged, but not required, to adhere to our brand guidelines for their many different activities. We respect creativity, but try toÌýuse our logoÌýin theÌýcorrect colorÌýwhenever possible.
Do not use copyrighted content or images in your flyers.ÌýNot everything you find on the internet is free to use. If you need an image for aÌýflyer, you can either search theseÌýÌýor contact theÌýOffice of University Communications and Marketing.
The Web Communications team posts events to the Â鶹ֱ²¥ website. Being as detailed as possible, submit theÌýevent/initiative listing and banner request formÌýto get started.
