All past and current IDEATE cohort members were invited to Adelphi鈥檚 Garden City campus to interface with recruitment and talent acquisition teams from across our broad network of behavioral health practicum partnerships. IDEATE members were given an opportunity to learn about behavioral healthcare professional roles at many of the major local health systems and agencies including Montefiore Einstein, Northwell Health, NYC Health and Hospitals, US Navy, Episcopal Health Services and more. IDEATE Fellowship members and alumni were also given access to take updated free professional headshots.

All current and past IDEATE cohort members were invited to participate in a virtual behavioral health workforce event entitled 鈥淚DEATE & NYC Health and Hospitals – Navigating Behavioral Health Careers in the Public Sector鈥� on Zoom.
